The Committee is made up of eight parents (having children at the Preschool) and three co-opted members.  As a condition of the lease, a Governor representing the First School also sits in on meetings.

The Annual General Meeting takes place in September every year.   Because children only stay at preschool for two years at most, there is a continual turn-over of Committee members.  This is not good for continuity so the Committee has recently co-opted longer-term members to join them.
